HOW IT WORKS
We offer free quotations. Just fax or email the informal drawings
for a case and indicate the time frame in which your work needs
to be completed and we will fax or email an estimate. Once your
job is completed, we either fax or email you a review set of drawings
in pdf format prior to final approval. We generally send fomal
drawings in pdf format, unless hard copies are specified. We can
send hard copies on Bristol or A4 bond for filing. You can also
download your formal drawings from our secure server and print
them directly to your office printer. We maintain an electronic
database of all cases, which is secured and backed up on a regular
basis.
PRICING GUIDE
There are many different factors to consider when pricing a page
of patent drawings. We look at the source material carefully.
Working from blurry source material takes more time. You can save
by providing clean, good-quality sketches. Converting a 3D prototype
into a two-dimensional patent drawing, working from CAD drawings,
PowerPoint files, existing jpeg, tiff or bitmap images all require
different procedures to create the final patent drawing. We also
consider how many images are on the page. Generally, the more
images you have, the more it will cost per sheet.
The good news: We are able to re-use existing images (if they
are in good shape) and reduce the amount of time spent on each
sheet. We will always try to save you time and money. The traditional
hand-drawn patent illustration is generally the way to go, and
we will work with you to get the job done right. If you need a
quote on your job or have questions regarding your case, feel
free to contact us before sending any work so we can answer any
questions you might have. |
